Our Services

MEGA ZVUK provides professional sound, lighting, LED screen, and stage construction services for various types of events. All services are available upon request and are subject to specific contracts for each project.

Bookings

Bookings are made via the contact form, email, or phone. The booking becomes binding after written confirmation from us and payment of a deposit as agreed.

Payment

Payment terms are defined individually for each project. Typically, we require a deposit of 30-50% of the service value upon booking confirmation, with the remainder due after the event.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply: cancellation more than 30 days before the event — we refund 80% of the deposit; cancellation 15-30 days before — we refund 50% of the deposit; cancellation less than 15 days before — the deposit is non-refundable.

Liability

Our liability is limited to damage caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. We are not liable for damage caused by force majeure, weather conditions, or actions of third parties.
